By using Life-Line you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Not professional advice

Life-Line is a self-reflection tool. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Use it alongside qualified professionals — not instead of them.

2. Provider listings

Providers listed on the platform are independent businesses. We screen them for category accuracy but do not warrant their work. Engaging a provider is a contract between you and them.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your reflections, goals and scores. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display them inside your own account.

4. Acceptable use

No abuse, scraping, reverse-engineering, or content that violates the law or another person's rights.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from privacy controls. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Life-Line is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

7. Governing law

South African law. Jurisdiction: the courts of the Western Cape.
